Typhoon SuperCharger

I just read about an electronic typhoon supercharger that adds 10 to 20 horsepower. I know 10 to 20 horses isn't a lot but anything can help me out on the bottom end of my white 2000 Celica Gt-s. Does anyone know if this would be a good investment for 150.00? Has anyone ever purchased the supercharger? Here is the link i found the supercharger at http://typhoonsupercharger.com/

Won't work. You'll get better throttle respond but not 10%. Lucky if you get 5%. Also you never get better fuel mileage with more HP. The blower will create 1 PSI at 0 flow. It'll be 0 PSI as soon as air is flowing.

What supercharger is that? I just dont have a lot of money to spend right now. Im lookin for something cheap that will at least help me out on bottom end. My friend told me to get a bottle, but I dont feel safe running nitrous. I just dont think its healthy for my engine. Any suggestions? And can you give me the link to the good electronic supercharger?

also isnt nitrous is illegal in canada????
