Re: Check Engine Light....
The hose looks to loose so it needs to be tightened up more or replaced cause I didn't use my red hose cause the ID was to much for the fitments. Also where the CAI attaches to the throttle body needs a clamp cause that is where a lot of air will be going in. So the red cupling needs a clamp also, start with those 2 and we will go from there.

Re: Check Engine Light....
Ya I would unhook it for at least 5 min or so and when it comes back on it should reset and the CEL should be off also. Then go from there. Sorry I can't be more help I;m trying but to much on my mind right now. I'll keep trying to think of what it could be. Also did you check the o-ring on the MAF sensor?

Re: Check Engine Light....
I would also put the ECU hoses back on too. They need to be there in order to cool the ECU

Re: Check Engine Light....
i would use a product like
Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner by CRC - Part 05110 - Advance Auto Parts to clean the MAF and the throttle body area, my be that you got some dirt in the MAF when you switched the parts over and if it were to think that it had either too little air it would retard the amount of full sprayed causing it to run lean... what i would do is disconnect the battery, then any sensors needed to put the CAI out and clean their connectors, then the CAI and MAF, clean it, reinstall everything then after like 20 minutes reconnect the battery cable
