Wheel Hunt

Well I love the look of the factory wheels, but I got it from up north so the wheels are corroded and the paint is chipping off bad. So its time for new wheels. Im having a horrible time trying to find some nice wheels that aren't going to break the bank if its possible. Im thinking maybe 16's since I still have 15's but I need some help. Any suggestions on brands and where to look?

I'm interested in this as well because I wanted rims, I'm looking for used ones probably locally but I'm looking at 16-18's

Wheelsnext.com Is really awesome..Their tire and rim combo's are really Cheap. Because I know looking for rims can break the bank. but They wont compare to used but it'll run you 300 to 500 bucks less than other companies and they come balanced with new lugs and free shipping. So they're pretty solid.. Just call to make sure its in stock.. they have alot of options too. And celicas I would go 17-19 Not 16s.. you wouldnt really be able to tell a difference. Unless your just trying to save anyway. but rims are something you better Get what you want the first time.. Cause it'll cost you either way.

Yeah true that 13.. and holy crap no way man I have been looking so hard and wanting the titanium mirroe OZ Adrenalina's for like 6 months man I guess thats a good sign I should lol. I do wanna shoot myself cause me and dad were looking at the OZ's in the titanium mirror finish and they were $600 for a set of 17's and a brand new set of Good Year Eagle Gt tires... We waited too long and they were gone

I was looking at the OZ adrenalina like posted above but the titanium mirror and I was looking at these tires. theyre Nankang? Does anyone know anything about them?

toyota has some good ones too the trd or tdr for scion tc i dont know how much tho......i lookig or rims too but like u mentioned the good ones are really expensive

that and the new sized tires dont come cheap either. I remember like 3 months ago 2 new front tires were like $300 =/

tirerack.com is the only way to go. I got my rims and tires from them in a package deal pretty cheep.

you could always repaint your rims 03, the rims on my celi (5th gen) were pretty much in the same condition as yours paint chipping and all , so i just sanded them down real well and primed and sprayed them with duplicolor wheel paint, saved me so much money.

The metal under is pitted and bubbling up because it was so corroded..

Well I ordered the 17x8 Oz Adrenalina's and I cant freakin wait to get them. Now Im looking at tires.. Wish I could be as excited about that, but im looking at Nexen N 5000 tires. My local shop quoted me $538 on 4 tires mount balance and road hazard. OF course thats pretty good I think for 205/45R 17 tires

Also does anyone know where to find good matching locking lugs? Ive been searching and can find anything

I'm looking for motegi rims black with a red stripe. I think it would look sharp on my red celica and I'd paint the caliper too.

yeah i understand that. but i've just notice that anytime someone mentions that they painted there calipers i can usually guess what color. Red!

Oh I know what you mean but in my car it just works in red and that''s why I'm going with the black and red theme.
