New headlights

I was wondering what the difference between Angel & Halos are..

Also..

Which do you like more..

2000-2003 2004 2005 CELICA HALO PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS BK on eBay.ca (item 140411200912 end time 25-Jun-10 15:00:37 EDT)

or

2000-2005 TOYOTA CELICA CCFL HALO BLACK HEADLIGHTS 2004 on eBay.ca (item 130401929971 end time 26-Jun-10 09:05:22 EDT)

I like the LED's.. does anyone have clear pictures of these on their own car?
Pros & Cons?..
How good are they at night?
Is there any installation guide for these if I were to put HID's in them?
Reliability.. ?

looks like its an easy install. most of the wires have connectors on them. they say HIDs will work with them but may need some modding

the hids use a different bulb and will a different connector plus you will need to wire in a ballast for each head light

I had HIDs in my other one, but just regular headlights. I noticed two days ago, my headlight, where it bolts at the top, like 2 cm's away from the bolt its snapped, so the headlight is just sitting there.

Yep. Replaceing your Headlights or The CASING so to speak wont give you HID lights, What happens is When you get HID lights the Light is dispersed and spread. The purpose of the projector lens is to focus the HID light. Like when you get blinded by people with blue lights. Its because they dont have projector lens. I have HID's But No projector lens. So I blind people. Still the celica sits 6 inches of the ground so I'm blinding people Radiators or bumpers most of the time.

Idk if it's just me but celica headlights are fucked.. I'm driving down my street and it's just kinda like "Hey an owl!!!" cuz the ones that are meant for signs are so god damn high lol

Oh shit I noticed that shit too I thought it was just cause I fucked something up.. but yeah.. If I go down a dark road and come to a curve for a little while my headlights will make a smiley face in the shadows. I really didnt care if they were too high cause it was a pain the ass to get the HID in that little fitting.

hey squish, the first set is what I have in mine. they use completely different bulbs than the factory housings where the factory uses 9005 and I think h7's, they use h1's and h3's which kinda blows since I had all new silver stars in my old housings. if you get those make sure they are hid compatible, I opted out and got the cheaper ones. as for the top housing mount, that is why I replaced mine, the only mount that was not busted was the side mount.
