daytime running lights

Anybody know how to dissconnect the drl's? I thought I had it and I kinda do, I dsconnected the 3 relays and one fuse that were all listed to the running lamps, the daytime running lights were disconected but then I couldnt turn on the high beams. I have the lens' tinted fairly dark so i need to be able to turn on the high beams, so my issue is to find if anybody knows how to turn off the daytime lamps but to keep the high beams able to be turned on.

Re: daytime running lights

Thank you Dizzle you were right, they had the exact answer to my issue and within 10 minutes of goin to that site i was out in the garage and had the task done, if only every question or problem was that simple. Thanks again for the recommendation of that site, there is actually a good wealth of info on it so anybody else that hasnt checked out the site it is NewCelica.org - Complete 2000+ Toyota Celica Resource between this site and that one you can find pretty much any answer or a person that has the answer ready to help.
