Need Help Flashing Cruise, Abs And Air Bags Constanly

i have a Celica gts 2003 manual. My problem is that i have the cruise, abs, and air bags flashing constanly. Its been like this for more then a year and ive had tookend it to the dealer but, weren't able to find the problem. The car idles normal when cold but when its warm it drops down to less then 1000. The only way ive seen to fix it is to fade my dash board to a minimum then. The lights go away and the idle go's to normal. Does someone know what might be cousing this problem.
