OKAY I BOUGHT A 7TH GEN CELICA GT-S AND I NEED SOME PARTS
I NEED THE FRONT AND REAT SEATS WITH BRACKETS GREY IN COLOUR
HEAD LIGHTS BOTH SIDES
HOOD SCOOP

ALSO CAN SOME ONE PLEASE TELL ME THE EMSSION LIMITS IN ONTARIO FOR THIS CAR LIKE THE NO PPM AND THE CO2 PPM THANKS JUST MSG ME IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE

Search for the seats on ebay or through a 3rd-party provider. The head lights can usually be found through an auto parts retailer or through the manufacturer (like from an actual dealer). As for the hood scoop, are you looking for the piece that goes beneath the hood or a hood w/ a scoop built-in?

You can probably find out the emission limits from a smog-testing center.

Take the car to a meineke and ask them what, if anything, it needs to pass emissions. They're very good when it comes to exhaust related things.
