i just slap mah 17' on without balancing....n right now has a weird sound n a little bit of vibration...neone know wats wrong or i just need to balance them...

why would you put on rims and tires without balancing them? that's retarded...get them balanced.
sound may be the balancing but could also be the tire itself..some tires have louder/softer sounds than others.
