idle adjustment where is it?

hi this is Rob i have 2001 celica gt i cleaned the throttle body and now the idle is way to high i cant find the idle adjustment screw please help !!!

the only adjustment ive seen is to tighten or losen the gas release in this case you would need to loosen but my way of fixing the problem only seemed to work to increase rpms...

Rob24 what rev is your car idling at should be about 700 - 900 ish but remember it has a automatic coke which puts it higher at start up till it settles.
DId you take the TB off and clean or clean on the car. You might have got some crap down that IVAC hole else could try cleaning your MAF sensor but be carefull as those sensors are very delicate. Failing that try resetting the ECU take the battery off for 10 mnis then go for a spirited drive. But yep could be what kanuchuk has said if its too tight pulling up on the butterlfy plate, if you have a bit of slack on the cable before it bites then I bet its one of the sensors playing up.
