a knock in the motor

hi i have a 01 celica and their is a knock in the engine...wut cud be the prob.. or wat can that noise be...and how can i fix it..plz reply to this messege

how many K do u have on the car...have u done all the maintenance? (spark"coil" replacemnt for exam ple)

i just replaced my engine in my 00 trd it had 83000 on the clock. spun rod bearing trashed #3 and 4 cyl. walls. is it a light knock or a hard knock????

I did all my maintiance on the car..its a pretty bad knock....but i want to take out the old motor and put in a new one...u guys have any tips on how to take the motor out..
