need help with heater

My heater is blowing cold on my 01 Celica GT. All the fuses checked good so I checked the radiator level. It was low but I topped it off. Is there something else I need to check or is it possible that there is air in the radiator itself?

thermostat?

The temp guage is reading the way it should so I don't think it is the thermostat.
