Pros & cons of TRD lowering springs for 2000-05 Celica G

My 2001 Celica GT is in excellent condition, but I'm seeing a noticeable increase in body roll. *The car is used only in city & short intercity trips. *

I have stock rims and tires, a TRD cat-back system and an AEM CAI (and changed to Honda S2000 antenna). I'm trying to get some experienced advice about TRD suspension parts. *Toyota dealer already sold me a set of TRD lowering springs, but can't advise at all about my pros and cons.

For instance, I need to know: what the specs are on the TRD lowering springs?*Can anyone confirm 1-3/8ths inches in the front, and 1-7/8ths inches in the rear? *

Assuming I go with the lowering springs only, would I correct the body roll problems? *Should I definitely replace my shocks with TRD shocks?

Hey bud, thanks for your time!!
