Those are what are commonly known as 'projector' headlights. Available from your local Toyota dealership. Don't expect them to be cheap unless you can get them second hand. IIRC, they were standard fitment on later models. Will fit both ST202 and ST205 - I have a set on mine and they not only look great, but also greatly improve the lighting at night.

They are for all type 6gen celica's. The are only for RHD, because they are JDM. But you can fix that yourself to LHD.

Part numbers:
Clear lens high beam T20 Toyota RHD
left:81130-20050
right:81170-20050

Projector low beams T20 Toyota RHD
left:81014-20100
right:81012-20100

or shop them @:
http://www.toyoshop.nl
or
http://www.suprasport.nl
they even fix them for extra payment to LHD
