exhaust

I recently noticed a little bit of smoke coming from my exhaust when I start my celica after it has been sitting for a while .I have already changed my oil and it has made the exhaust better. But it is still discharging little amounts of smoke when i start it up.This only happens after it has not been run for a while. Is there and suggestions on what it could be?Is there a in expensive way to fix this problem.

thanks for any help,Keegan :D

My 95 GT-S was doing the same until I got it checked out. I guess it was burning rich,
and thats what was causing the smoke.
