you can go to www.6gc.net and click on "how-to Articles" and look for how to install 6.5 speakers in the front...that'll give you instructions on how to remove the door panels

there are quite a few bolts that you need to remove on the door panel.

first their are the bolts under neath the plugs in the front of the door panel closest to the body when u open the door. i believe there are two

next there are three or four bolts on the bottom of the door panel

next there is a bolt behind the door handle. you need to remove the cover behind the handle held on with a bolt, and then another bolt behind that.

next there are pins on the back of the door panel. i believe there are 3

then there is a bolt located underneath the arm rest

make sure u remember where each bolt goes. although they look similar, the bolts underneath the door panel and the bolts underneath the plugs in the front of the door are not interchangeable. in bolts that go in the front of the panel underneath plugs have a flange so that the plugs can attach to them.

that should be it for the bolts.

now you need to lift up on the panel enough to clear the clips from the top near the window. it might help to remove the enclosure for the tweeter. it comes right off.

now, while holding the door panel close to the door u need to disconect 3 plugs. two in the front. one for the power door locks and one for the power windows. and one in the back for the door light.

that should be it. the door panel should come right off
