you need to connect the wires from the wiring harness to the wires of the deck harness together, then the deck harness connects to the deck and voila, the deck works.

Aftermarket deck -> plug from aftermarket deck -> wiring harness you buy -> stokc plug in the car.
If you have amp from stock, you'll need to follow the wire to find another plug. This will bypass the amp. You'll need to spice into the wires to keep stock amp. |
