Fuel Filter Change!!

Hey guys!! I got a 1992 Celi GT 2.2 and I wanna change the fuel filter myself...instead of spending more $ having a dealer do it. So is this task hard and can I do it myself? I need to know where the filter is and what to expect. I really don't wanna be leaking fuel all over the place and need to know some ways I could change the filter with less mess. Also how much would a filter for my car be? Thanks!! :D
