Exclamation 3sfe rough idle and spuratic RPMS

Okay, so when the cars cold and in park, idling, the car goes from 1100RPMS to3k and back down to a nearly stalling 700 RPMS, over and over.. once its warm its not SO bad, but it does this as im driving too... ill be casually driving down the street or freeway @ around 2.5k and it will jump to 4k for a second and drop again. and when it does this theres like NO power to the wheels. come times if im stopping for a red light or stop sign it stalls out.

at first i was like.. Tranny? but then it stated doing it in park too so now im thinking emissions... I thought maby EGR? so i took off the EGR and scraped all the crust out an cleaned it. re installed everything, and theres no difference. so im thinking like MAP or something?? any advise would be much appreciated as always. thanks.
-Dane.

Vaccume leak, loose throttle cable, tps, bad plugs. And so on. Most likely tps or vac leak

After it sitting for a couple weeks, i went to check it out this morning at my inlaws and checked the injectors, all the vacume lines, the EGR, and all that.. just got back from the junk yard with the new TPS.. lets see what happens..
