Why don't you covert it to a non power steering car. I think you just remove the power steering belt

It doesn't have power steering right now, as the power steering pump leaks. I don't need power steering and so I was just going to take it out. I'll lose some weight at the same time.

Fill the rack with oil and run PS fluid hose from rack inlet to outlet. Then remove everything else.
