idle problumm

idle problumm

start the car idle stays at 2.3k grand push in clutch moves down to 1.7k when it goes into first it shoots up to 2k and rest of gears its mellow at about 1.5k any solutions to my problums :D?

Have you let the motor. Warm up and continues to do the same?

Try unhooking the throddle from the throddle body. Starting it and see what it does. Mine had this many many years ago lol.

ok and i got another question, the 17mm plugs next to the water pump senser/ houseing can i take one of the plugs off and put a temp prob in it as an replacement?

sweet ill do that tommarow, and i took off the throttle cable and it freaded up, so i have to buy a new one, i was told i could use piano wire to make it cheaper but i wana kno if its the same thing?.... bus tommarow to school woohoo :)
