i have a 93 celica gt. what are the best three performance parts for the money not including a cold air intake?

1. Suspension
2. Wheels and tires.
3. Chip

headers,
2.5 or 3" exhaust
more aggressive cam shafts! (webcams or colt cam regrinds)

or if you have the coin...
3sgte swap
MR2 or Camry LSD tranny
larger exhaust.

you would decimate all the mr. bean looking cars in the UK!
