1.Wet Wheel
2.Spray Wheel with Rim cleaner
3.Let soak for 3-5 mins
4.Take a scrub brush or tooth brush, and scrub away
5.Rinse rims
6.Use clean cloth to dry rim.
Repeat steps 2-4 if needed

Meguires Hot Wheels(pink bottle) works pretty good, there are a couple other good products on the market too. If you have a hook up to a dealership, get the stuff they use. I use to work at Ford, the detailers had this stuff that worked amazing. You gotta mix it with water cause its so strong.
