Flywheel
Is the flywheel on a 88 st manual(3sfe) supposed to have 6 or 8 bolts? The reason I am asking is because I just purchased a engine and the new (actually used) engine has 8 bolts on the flywheel instead of 6 bolts. None of the bolts line up with each other. Could this be a engine that was on a automatic transmission and used 8 bolts? Do I just need to get a 6 bolt flywheel from Toyota? Any advice will be helpful.
