87 gt blower motor

Hey, my defrost/air flow hasnt been working for awhile, I went to an auto-wrecker and got a new blower motor, installed it, and about 3 ignitions later, it stopped working. Any idea whats going on? I've gone through 2 already. -_-

when my cars defroster stopped working i swapped the heater core and i haven't had any problems since.
