Where to get a gas tank?Mine is full of rusty sediment 88gt
I pulled my fuel filter to change it and it was full of rusty sediment. This car sat for a long time so I'm going to drop the tank and I'm sure I'll need to replace it-any recommendations?

Check out the online Toyota parts places. I'd be inclined to stay away from used gas tanks unless you're desperate.

where are u located? If you are local to me, there is a place near by that i got to recondition my gas tank. They did an immaculate job(for lack of a better word :P ) They clean the tank, repair and defects(rust, holes etc) steam it, cover it with a hard epoxy based paint, and give u new hardware(screws, gaskets, grease etc) Really good customer service etc. I could even go with you and get my shops discount :P
i think i paid 90 bucks for the tank and 100 for custom straps. |
