Does an 89 celica 4cyl have a Idle Air Control valve?

I have a Corvette with an IAC valve, I took it out and cleaned it which helped alot with starting and idle. The celica has more miles than the vette so I figured if it had an IAC it would benefit from cleaning...but no mention of an IAC valve in the Haynes manual. does it have one?

If you see 3 hose under the throttle body with a electrial plug, its the ICV.
