1 gen 3sge head on 5sfe blok, some advice is someone as done this.
its for my mr2

It will fit. If that's what your asking. A lot of modfacation is needed. You may want to watch and see if your oil pssages and coolant lines match up depending on the year/generation of the 5sfe

you would be basicly doing what im doing. a 5sgte. be prepared to spend big bucks :)

the 5sfe is from a 91 mr2.Did you used a 3sgte head on your engine

what timing belt did you used? and did you do a lot a mods to fit the head

I havnt gotten to the point of needing a timing belt just yet. Any belt should work. I was planing on running the hks fine timing belt. Also your gonna need to use the 3s timing gear on the 5s block and crank. I just wanna ask. Do you know what your getting youself into?

Not a hard as it sounds really, i'll post a link to mine when I get a chance, if you just want a nice n/a 5sge it can be done in a day with the right parts.
