89 celica gt performance parts

What's up? I'm in the military and just got stationed at this base I'm at. I picked up an 89 celica gt for a great price and I'm looking to just put minor upgrades in it like a cold air intake, full exhaust etc. I'm in a jam because I have no idea where to even begin lookin for any of these parts. If someone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated or am I just S.O.L!

well I don't know anything about 89 celica's but a good place to start is ebay or google

Yes subspec I'm with the 377th SFS any help or guidance would be great lmk

edit:so all that I have done to it so far is eibach proline suspension and 15 in. Momo corse rims. What I'm really trying to do is Put exhaust, and cold air intake. Just things I could do for small hp gains without having to completely swap the engine or replacing hundreds of dollars of stuff. I'm also lookin to blackout my tailights and find the sleepy eye kit for my headlights.

Sounds great what would you suggest for intake, exhaust, and a
nice short shifter? That's kinda what I want to do right now

Intake headers and exhausts are always a good starting point. I have afew intake pipes in my garage that I can't use for my application. I sent you my info via pm. Ill hook you up.

That's what's up I appreciate it. So what exactly am I gonna have to do
to be able to put these parts on I mean is it major
rework forthe engine or is it just some simple bolt
on modifications. I'm new to the whole car game but am willing to learn. I love my celi too and all I want to do is hear her purr just a little better then she does now know what Mean!

intake headers and exhaust are simple bolt on's. no reworking of the engine is needed. basicly there just remove the old put on the new.
