will it work and will it cost too much?????
I currently own a '87 celica with a 2.2L motor and I also have a '94 tercel. Now im bored and insurance for the celica is 3 bills a month and the tercel is only a bill. The cars are opposites celica has a well running motor and the tercel have a next to mint body. so I was thinking will be worth swaping the motor from the celica to the tercel???? let me know !! cause im pretty sure it hasent been done yet

I wouldn't bother swapping out the nice 3SGE motor just to put it into a Tercel. You're right: way too much effort, headache and cost for minimal gain. Put the Celica on storage and just drive the Tercel for God's sake.
