Fuel pressure regulator

hey does anyone know for sure the pressure of a 3S-GE (1986 GTS) fuel pressure regulator? I installed an adjustable fpr and now i have no clue what the pressure should be set at. Anyone?

33-38 psi for 3SGE
38-44 psi for 3SFE
