No gas to cylinders?????

I just got done installing the engine in my 86' GTS with the 3SGE engine. It turns over, but won't start. I have a spark, fuel get's to the fuel rail, but the spark plug are dry. I would have thought that after attempting to start the car so much, the sparks would have been soaked. I am assuming that the injectors are not opening. What can I check? I did have to replace the Throttle Position Sensor. Could that be it?

Any suggestions would be appreciated,
Thanks
