Clearing the starter

Hi does anyone have any ideas on how to clear the starter when adding a turbo to the 3S-GE? The stoclk alltrac manifold wont clear the starter. I have seen someone on here with a bolt on manifold but they wont tell me what kind/brand it is. Anyone with an idea on how to fix it? I have an idea but as of right now, it is just an idea.
