Re: Rear Disc Conversion Writeup
Sockets/wrenchs used were the following:
21 mm to remove lugs
17 mm to remove the bottom subframe
19 mm to remove front subframe to rear discs and strut bolts
10 mm to remove emergency brake lines
10 mm open wrench to remove the brake lines
I used a 500 ft lb Ingersol Rand Air Impact wrench to remove bolts, a breaker bar plus a pipe extension (cheater bar), and a bunch of PB Blaster(very helpful for bottom)
The install itself is pretty self explanatory. Remove the rear hub assembly, brake lines, and e brake lines. Any haynes manual or chilton should show you how to do it.
