that is the data systems grill...similar to the Gialla grill which you have seen before. I don't like it as much and the fit isnt as good either. Once I get the kit on I will be ordering the gialla grill forsure. Actually maybe I'll order it sooner but put it on in the spring. Anyways I'm off to lower the car now :)
