If you're concerned about price compare with
New Car Prices, Used Car Prices, Blue Book Value, Car Reviews - Official Kelley Blue Book Site or any used car guide. Another way is find 5-10 cars of the same mileage/options and average those prices out.
Keep in mind, its a 8 year old car (2001 were produced mainly in 2000), with 85,000 miles (only 10,500~ miles a year, seems low to me, but could have been in town only). Make sure that everything lines up, heres a good guide for buying used.
