Toyota and Subaru news - Toyota hearts Subaru - 2008 - News - Top Gear
On another note, the FT-HS was originally supposed to be the hybrid, spiritual successor to the Supra (inline six-cylinder + wheel-mounted hybrid drivetrain). If they did end up going through with the FT-HS, it's because the Nissa GT-R is wiping the floor with the Lexus SC430 (which is a MKIV Supra in Lexus badges) in the Japanese Pro Circuit ring. That's why it would also come in a "GT4" spec, since it would be a direct competitor with the new GT-R (hence, it is *probably* not the new Celica).
