The catch can collect the oil, moisture and blow-by gas from the engine. Even in cold and raining weather the catch can should never be filled up that fast. I've had my catch can for almost 2 years and I have yet to dump it. One of the main reason for the catch can to filled up fast is when the piston rings are bad or a leaking head gasket. So if you catch can is filling up fast their is something wrong and should it should be checked. Even in cold and raining weather the catch should not be collecting moisture that fast in just 2-4 weeks. The catch can filling up that fast is not normal.
