speaking as a guy that runs a 5SFE with alot of time and money spent on them i can say ratkos plan is your ONLY OPTION that will do it for less than 1000 with out a bottle but i woudl say after the fittings and everything else you should budget 1500

also unles your bearings are mint i woudl suggest building up the lower half while you are at it.....they will spin
