Well, I dont think its the intake manifold...check your ignition coil, plugs, plug wires and your EFI fuse to make sure power is getting to the ignition system. Id also check the distributor cap and rotor or if u can swap the one from your old engine. My opinion im sure someone else will drop theirs in
