It's actually similar here for a supra, but the celica has much higher insurance because people with celicas get into lots of accidents. Since almost nobody here has a supra, nobody gets into accidents with them and thus the insurance is ok. The 00+ gt-s is the worst for insurance. I have to pay $2800/year for just liability + fire and theft. If I wanted collision on it I would be paying over $5000/year.
