maybe bubbling is a bad term
but for a given tire and rim width, the larger ur sidewall, the closer its will approach 90 degrees
i.e. if ur rim is too small for ur tire, it will be more obvious on a lower profile tire

one way or another, every1 wants to get as square a look as possible; i.e. the perfect size rim for a given tire
