ERRRR wrong

the reason is simple

if a tire is 225mm wide and the rim is smaller than the tire the side walls will be shaped like this to meet the rim.

or else you are flexing the tires...or you may also have the broblem of slow leaks if you make the rubber "reach

so lets say you have a 245 on a 7.0 rim with a 40% side wall

imagin the shape that would make... now think of the shape of the tire wanted to pull off the rim in a corner...

the bubbling is not going happen if you have good tires... i mean my scorchers bubbled due to camber but a nice pair of toyos would have held
