If your battery still seems fine after car is dead, then it is not your alternator, and when you shake the positive batter terminal and sometimes it works ? that kind a answers the question. It might be the connection.

I am not sure if this will help to solve your question, but try to remove the terminal and clean good. Best way to clean is to buy spray cleaner (connector cleaner) or sand down little bit to get beeter contact between termial and the wire. You also can check the resistance between terminal and the wire so that you can see if there are good contact or not.
