Ok it's my turn to rant. I ordered my gas tank for the recall at the beginning of july. I noticed the little metal flap that flips down when u gas up was gone. Toyota said they'd call me as soon as it came in. Waited 3 weeks. Nothing. Called back and they said it wasn't ordered yet. Waited 3 more weeks. Still no call. Called back and they said it came in, but because I didn't call earlier, they gave it away to someone else. Waited 2 weeks again for another tank to come in. Still no call. Called back again and they said they had it for over a week. How nice? Booked my appointment, and I was advised not to have too much gas in my tank when I dropped it off. I had just under less than a quarter of a tank when I dropped it off yesterday morning. They told me it would take all day to change the tank. When I went to pick it up, they left my car completely bone dry, and the nearest gas station was probably 5 km away. Sat in their shit ass dealership and argued for 45 mins for at least 2 bucks of gas!! Like wtf...finally gave me 2 bucks of gas in a jerry can(which they probably pissed in). Now I go to gas up and the metal flap still isn't there. Like WTF!!!! GODDDAMMIT!!!
