My 2000 GT does the exact same thing. It loses a small amount, but does not smoke, smell or drip/leak. I did notice a bit of oil that had run down the side of the motor on the passenger side (sorry..not too specific). But it does not look like that leak is too bad since it never drips down from there. Someone mentioned cam seals to me? Does that sound possible? My car has 69,000 miles and I'm running 5W30 Castrol full synthetic with Lubeguard oil supplement and a Beck Arnley oil filter.

Any more info or insight would be appreciated!
