A kind hello to all. I have 140k on my 2000 GT. It seems to lose oil, but apparantly does not burn it. I notice about a 1/2 to 1 litre loss during the standard interval change. 10K. No smoke on hard acceleration, but it does seem that the car smells of oil after a good run. When I say this, I do not mean it is a smoke bomb. No smoke out the tail pipe, but it does smell like oil on a manifold. I believe the 1ZZ leaks under certain conditions, but the dealership says the engine is tight. Not much help here, but the car is dead reliable, fun to drive and also feels like new at 100k miles. I can forgive a bit of oil consumption/leak/?
